Where Your Tool Ends Up

Every accepted tool gets its own page: description, pricing block, category tags, a bookmark button and a direct link to your site. It is a real page with its own address, not a row in a list.

An AI Dude tool page: description, pricing table, bookmark button and link to the product
A tool page in the catalogue — this is what a listing becomes.

The same listing then appears in the category pages people browse when they know the task but not the tool, and in on-site search. Pages are published in English, Russian and Spanish, so a listing reaches readers who would never have opened an English-only product site.

Pick the Category Where You'll Actually Be Seen

This is the decision that matters most, and almost everyone gets it wrong the same way — by reaching for the broadest label available. The gap between categories is not small: the busiest one holds 1,069 tools, the quietest 11.

A tool listed in the widest category competes with everything. The same tool in the precise narrow category is one of a few dozen, and the people browsing that page are looking for exactly what it does.

Don't Tick Every Box

Tools in this catalogue sit in 5.8 categories on average, and one is in 23. That is not a strategy, it is noise: a tool listed in twenty categories is irrelevant in nineteen of them, and readers who click through from the wrong one leave immediately. Two or three accurate categories beat ten hopeful ones.

Why Two Thirds of Listings Are Never Noticed

Of 1,343 tools in the catalogue, 483 have ever been bookmarked by a reader — 36%. The rest were published, indexed, and quietly ignored.

The difference is rarely the product. It is that the listing did not answer the only question a browsing reader asks: does this do the thing I need? A card competing for attention on a category page has one line to prove it.

Write the Description Like a Person Who Has the Problem

Readers on a category page scan several cards at once. A description that opens with what the tool does beats one that opens with how innovative it is — every time, and by a wide margin.

Instead ofWrite
"Revolutionary AI-powered platform""Turns meeting recordings into Jira tickets"
"Next-generation content solution""Writes product descriptions from a spec sheet"
"Empowering creators worldwide""Removes backgrounds from product photos in bulk"
"Cutting-edge automation suite""Connects Shopify orders to your accounting"

The test: could a competitor put the same sentence on their page? If yes, it says nothing. Name the input and the output.

Fill In the Pricing — Most Don't

545 of 1,343 listings have no pricing block at all. That is the first thing readers look for, and its absence reads as something to hide. State plainly whether there is a free tier, a trial, or neither. Overstated free plans get corrected later anyway, so accuracy costs you nothing and saves the round trip.

What to Prepare Before You Submit

The form is short. Having these ready is the difference between a listing that gets clicked and one that gets scrolled past.

What Gets Rejected

Submissions are reviewed before publishing and not everything is accepted. The usual reasons are dead or redirecting links, duplicates of tools already listed, and products that are not actually AI tools. If something looks wrong on your listing after it goes live, say so in the Discord and it gets fixed.

One more thing worth knowing: 617 of the 1,343 tools here have a free tier. If yours does too, say so clearly — it is one of the strongest filters readers use.
